For Orders Delivered Within Thailand
Return Policy Applicable to Orders Delivered Within Thailand.
When you receive the purchased product, please keep the product and its packaging in their original condition as much as possible.
Live&Fit’s return policy applies only to purchases made through the Live&Fit online store (https://www.liveandfit.com/th/) with delivery within Thailand. 
Customers may return products within 7 (seven) days after receiving them. The counting starts from the date the order status shows that the item has been delivered to the customer's address (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Return Options
Customers can choose one of the following two return methods.
1. Return for Refund – The customer returns the purchased product to the company and requests a refund for the transaction.
2. Exchange – The customer returns the purchased product to the company and receives a replacement of the exact same type and model as originally ordered. Changing to a different flavor or packaging size is not allowed; the customer must place a new order

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Live&Fit will accept returns or exchanges only for purchases made through the Live&Fit online store (https://www.liveandfit.com/th/) delivered within Thailand, under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received
  • Product opened/torn
  • Product broken or swollen
  • Product quality issue
  • Expired product

Non-returnable Cases
Live&Fit will not accept returns or exchanges in these cases:

  • Product shape or condition changed
  • Not purchased from Live&Fit website
  • Opened or used products
  • Damaged due to customer’s return packaging
  • Return request after 7 days
  • Free gifts or conditional promotional items

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to the company’s error.

Processing Time

  • Refunds: within 15 business days from request date.
  • Exchanges: within 30 business days from the date the returned item is received.

For International Orders
1. Product Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy for International Orders
For orders shipped outside Thailand, the store reserves the right not to accept any exchanges or returns under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.
2. International Shipping Policy and Customer Responsibilities
To ensure clarity and minimize issues in international shipping, the store hereby states the following policy:
2.1 Address Verification

  • Customers must provide a complete shipping address in English, including postal code, country, and a valid contact phone number.
  • Please verify the accuracy of the information before confirming your order, as the store will ship strictly according to the details provided by the customer.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect/incomplete address or absence of the recipient, the order will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.

2.2 Conditions After the Parcel Arrives in the Destination Country

  • If the product has been shipped out of Thailand and has arrived in the destination country but delivery is unsuccessful for any reason — such as the recipient not responding, refusing delivery, failing to complete customs clearance procedures, or providing an incorrect address — as verified by shipping company documentation (Tracking / Proof of Delivery), the store will not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.
  • By placing an order, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
